The Wildwood residence is constructed of a stone base overlayed with an exposed, laminated wood, structural frame. The combination of materials create a contemporary home of warmth and seclusion in an urban setting. The interior is filled with natural light from the 148 energy efficient windows utilized in the design. A geothermal heating and cooling system keeps utility costs low. The plan maximizes outdoor areas on a small lot, which are utilized for living spaces in pleasant weather.
