Graham Greene began his professional practice in Chicago in 1980 with Lohan Associates, a nationally recognized architectural firm working on major building projects throughout the country. In 1988, he began a new practice in Dallas focusing on projects of urban development, housing, education, and the vitalization of the center city and its culture. In 1994, his firm consolidated with the Oglesby Group to form Oglesby•Greene.
Graham received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Tulane University, and has continued to expand his education through involvement with the Collaborative Processes Institute and the Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture and Tulane University. He also has served as a Visiting Instructor for a graduate design studio at UT Arlington School of Architecture and as been a guest speaker on design issues and urban revitalization.
Graham has earned many awards for his work, including the 1991 City of Dallas Urban Design Award, 1994 AIA/Dallas Design Award, 1995 UT School of Urban and Public Affairs - Urban Entrepreneur Award, 1998 AIA/Dallas Community Honor Award and the 1999 Chautauqua Award for Historic Preservation. He is registered as an architect in the State of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Graham is active in the community with active memberships in the Central Dallas Association, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Dallas Institute of Humanities & Culture, Dallas Architectural Foundation, St. Philips Community Development Corporation, Friends of the Arts District and the Undermain Theater.
